Return Policy

Returns are subject to seller's discretion, buyer must contact seller within 7 day of receipt of product to exchange or return product.

Customers can call Central Coast Bass Fishing at 805-550-7865 between 8-5 daily (PST) or e-mail us at will@centralcoastbassfishing.com 

Bac Racs are custom-built, so returns are not accepted. 

At the bottom of each Bac Rac model page, there is a photo with the dimensions of the units so please use those as you plan where/how to install your Bac Rac.

coolfoots are custom-cut to order and are not returnable unless discussed before purchase.

Products should be returned in like-new condition, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Authorized returns, when received and inspected by seller, will be processed within 3 working days, any exchanges or refunds will be sent within that time period.
